The raison-d’etre of Terry Freedman Ltd is to provide high
quality consultancy in the field of information and communication
technology. Although we offer a number of products and services,
that objective is at the heart of all of them.
The range of products and services is evolving all the time, but
at the moment we provide:
- consultancy for schools wishing to improve their ICT provision
or prepare for an external inspection or audit
- advice to companies regarding government funding opportunities in this area, and other aspects of educational ICT
- advice to training companies preparing for an inspection
- capacity-building work for local education authorities
- electronic books and other products
- a premium article subscription service
In addition, an exciting new range of products is under
development at the time of writing, and we are a very flexible
company which is able to respond quickly to new demands.

The company was created in June 2004, but didn’t start trading
until October 2004, because Terry had a full-time job at the time!
Terry Freedman Ltd is owned and run by Elaine and Terry Freedman.
Elaine undertakes much of the research needed for clients and
subscribers, and deals with all the office functions, whilst
Terry provides the front-line services. Elaine has had over
twenty years’ experience in education, both as a teacher and an
LEA officer.
